Severance Package Details

  • Base severance: 4 weeks of base salary + 1 week per year of service (capped at 26 weeks)
  • Healthcare: 6 months of continuation coverage
  • Stipend: $5,000 one-time payment

  • RSUs: Unvested RSUs are forfeited. Severance reduced by WARN notice period in applicable states.
  • Important: You must sign termination documents (sent via DocuSign) to receive severance payment.
